Strong Girl Summer


Hi friend!! Happy Monday! Todays newsletter is going to look a little different than previous ones. I wanted to try something this summer and wanted to invite anyone who wants, to join me! We have all had thoughts like, “I need to get a grip before summer” or “workin for my skinny girl summer.” I have had these same thoughts just this year. But a couple weeks ago I really wanted to change my thoughts around my body and summer. We live in a society where we create so much worth + power over being “skinny” or “looking good in a swimming suit”. I want to start normalizing being STRONG and not skinny. I want to not base all my worth off of what my body looks like. I want to teach my 3 little girls that what their body can do or what they push themselves to do mentally + physically is far more important than what their body looks like on the outside. If I want that for my girls, it has to start with me. So that’s what I want to accomplish this summer. My STRONG GIRL SUMMER!! Who’s with me?

Through this program I will be walking you through creating goals that will push you, I will teach you tools that will help you accomplish your goals, coach you through any hard thoughts that might come up along the way, and you will be a part of a group that will be there to cheer for you on the hard days, and the good days! You will get videos from me and access to a group chat where you can ask questions, vent, or just build each other up. I want to build a community where we can support each other for a whole summer as we all push ourselves to be stronger. You wanna know what the best part of this program is?
